  • 1 12-Ounce Jar Pepperoncini, Whole and Drained1 12-Ounce Jar
  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes1 Pint
  • 1 Cup Black Olives, Whole Pitted1 Cup
  • 1 Cup Castelvetrano Olives, Whole Pitted1 Cup
  • 1 Cup Basil Leaves, Fresh with Large Stems Removed1 Cup
  • 8 Sprigs Rosemary, Fresh for Garnish8 Sprigs
  • 2 Tbsps. Italian Dressing, Optional2 Tbsps.
  • 30-40 4” Skewers30-40

Instructions


  1. THREAD ingredients onto skewers, mixing combinations as you go. Thread at least one type of meat and one type of cheese onto each skewer.

  2. ARRANGE skewers on a round serving platter in a wreath shape.

  3. STACK skewers in 2-3 layers.

  4. TUCK fresh rosemary sprigs into wreath for garnish.

  5. SERVE with Italian dressing (optional).
